Partnering Workshop with Alessia and Daria

We invite you to a partnering workshop where you will meet, connect, and share through movement.

Dancing with another person is an opportunity to build a relationship based on trust, communication, and mutual awareness. In this workshop, we will explore connection through weight sharing, touch, listening, and collaboration. Through guided exercises, moments of reflection, and opportunities for feedback, we will deepen our awareness of both ourselves and our partners.

You will be invited to embody practices of carrying, supporting, and being supported, while discovering the beauty of presence, sensitivity, and intimacy in movement. Together, we will cultivate a space for curiosity, trust, and meaningful connection through dance.
